Kirk went to Costco on his way home and he picked up a chicken! So I made some peas and he made some rice pilaf and dinner was done. I like when dinners this tasty are so easy. I might even man up and boil down the carcass and make some soup. Though, I do get squicked out at the thought of "picking the bones" so maybe not.

Rotisserie Chicken
Kirk went to Costco on his way home and he picked up a chicken! So I made some peas and he made some rice pilaf and dinner was done. I like when dinners this tasty are so easy.
