Mmmm Rizzo's chicken parm calzone. I won't need to cook this weekend either. I am saving a bundle on grocerys.

Tonight was a burrito night, Kirk picked them up on his way home from work. It wasa pleasant suprise. I have been really spoiled this week!
Popeye's chicken tonight with cheesy potatoes and some cucumbers. Good stuff. It was anothother easy night in the kitchen and I can't hate on that.
I doctored up a packaged chicken teriyaki with some pineapple to cut the salt. It was good, if still a bit salty. I made some rice to go with and Kirk made a veggie salad.
Chicken Pot Pie day two. It was nice to have such a yummy meal all ready to go. The biscuts get a little soggy, but they still taste good.
Tonight I made another run at chicken pot pie. This time I had all the ingredients and it came out quite good. Leftovers abound, dinner tomorrow will be great.
It was a long night after having to work late, so we stopped by Kowloon on the way home. After a small snafu picking up our order, we got stuck in awful traffic for almost 2 hours. There was a horrific accident on Rt. 1 in Lynnfield. The accident scene was devastating and really made us think about how lucky we were to make it home.
We had chicken fingers, boneless spare ribs, pork fried rice and wontons.
We were not feeling very hungry this evening, so Kirk made us a plate of crackers and cheese. Just a snack to get us through the night.
Wasn't feeling all that domestic this evening, so I had a bowl of cereal. My mind is still on vacation and I forgot to take a picture. So I took one of the empty bowl. I have got to get back on the ball!
I was away this weekend, off the grid in New Hampshire, hence the lack of updates.
I pick up where I left off... tonight I am having our lazy man special: rice and salsa. Quick, easy and tastes good to boot. We had a long day on the road and we're both exausted so this was a obvious choice.
